Your journey begins with a call with one of experienced and friendly membership advisers. During the call, the adviser will find out more about your personal wants, needs and hopes for the future. By understanding who you are, and the kind of person you are looking for, your adviser will be able to provide you with the best possible advice and guidance.
Transparency is key for us. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, ensuring that you understand the personal matchmaking process. Together, you will decide upon the most suitable dating membership level for you.

Once you have decided to become a member of The Professional Matchmaker, we will arrange for you to have a dating profile professionally curated. This profile will never appear online and will only be shown to potential matches that have been approved by your matchmaker.
You will be interviewed by your profile writer for approximately one hour, either by phone, video call, or in person. During this time, the writer will be getting to know more about you to create an accurate and appealing written ‘snapshot’.
We’ll also need some fabulous photographs of you, which can be taken at our head office in a relaxed and friendly photo session or provided by you. These images are important as they will be the first time your potential new soulmate sees you!
Your dating profile will be sent to you for your approval before the matchmaking process starts to ensure you are entirely happy with how you are being presented.

Once your profile has been approved, your personal matchmaker will be able to start the matching process. You may also be interested in booking a dating coaching session to get you off to the best possible start. Our coaching sessions offer a positive and nurturing way to look forward to the future, clearing any past negativity, and addressing any current concerns.
Your matchmaker will be recommending matches, influenced by your preferences. We ask that you trust your matchmaker’s judgement and ask questions if you cannot initially see potential—there will always be some positive motivations behind a recommendation.
Honesty and trust are key in your relationship with your matchmaker. Never hesitate to provide feedback and share your thoughts and feelings. Understanding where you are coming from, helps us to find your perfect partner!
